Answer: Greatstone International Ltd. warrants only its title to goods sold, supplied or delivered to the buyer. All other warranties are those of the relevant manufacturer of the goods.

Answer: You probably aren’t logged in or still have to wait for account approval.

Question 4: What is the cut off time for place orders online?

Answer: Orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be shipped as soon as the product is available at our warehouse.

Question 1: Can I modify or cancel my order?

Answer: The Buyer may cancel, change or modify an order on Greatstone International Ltd.’s website before the order has been accepted. The Buyer will be responsible for all applicable cancellation and restocking fees.

Question 2: Can I make any returns?

Answer: The buyer may return any product that Greatstone International Ltd. stocks and that which are not special-order items. But the buyer can only do so if a) the product is still in new condition, which means it is suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts, b) it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered, or damaged, and c) the buyer needs to get authorization from Greatstone before they can return the product. Answer: The Buyer is responsible for transportation method. It is between the Buyer and the transportation company.

Answer: If you wish to change Shipping Destinations or Billing Information, log into ehvacr.ca. From “My Account” and click on “Addresses”.
